DECLARATION
Please enter the boat for the race(s) specified. r understand that sailboat racing can be dangerous. I agree that the Regatta organisers, the participating clubs and their officers, members and servants shall bear no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or inconvenience to property or persons arising directly or indirectly from instructions, policy or rulings during the race or related aclivities, and I undertake to indemnify the said organisers, clubs, officers, members and servants against all costs, claims or demands arising from or relating to my entry and participation in any or all races in this Regatta. I have read the Responsibility Sections of the Regatta Sailing Instructions and related ISAF regulations and confirm I accept and agree to their provisions and that my boat and crew will conform to their requirements throughout the Regatta. Before racing I will (i) effect adequate and suitable insurance with third party liability of not less than £2,000,000 and (ii) ensure my crew is made aware of the undertaking in this Declaration.

I agree to be bound by the Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS), RYA Prescription, Sail EAST & Regatta Sailing Instructions, ISAF Special Regulations, IRe and other applicable rules. If any alteration likely to affect rating is made, I wI notify the Rating Authority and Race Committee immediately.
